Electronic Design
Our digital and analogue electronic design expertise and our work with various technologies, including FPGA, Microcontrollers, DSP, and discrete hardware, can provide the reassurance you need. Our experience designing electronic systems, software and instrumentation for challenging applications and environments has given us the knowledge to make recommendations and advise our partners from the conception of their projects. With a strong background in defence research, we have honed our knowledge and expertise in analogue data acquisition and signal processing, designing schematics, PCB layouts, firmware, and software, from high-level specifications to finishing mature projects.
Mechanical Design
Martech utilises 3D CAD to design mechanical solutions ranging from simple enclosures to complex moving part automation. For defence applications, we design to meet stringent requirements for shock vibration, EMC, and other environmental issues. We have developed solutions capable of surviving the deepest ocean depths for subsea and naval applications. Additionally, we design enclosures and mechanical products for various industries.
Prototyping
We work with a diverse range of companies who come to us in various stages of development, from complete designs that need putting together and testing to initial stages requiring proof of concept. We have valuable experience creating prototypes and assisting our customers in developing and completing their designs.
We can visualize and integrate complex electronic circuits, ensure components work seamlessly together, manage power and thermal requirements, optimise user experience, and resolve issues cost-effectively.
Production
Coda Octopus Martech’s engineering and our customers’ designs are assembled and tested by our highly skilled production department. We offer build-to-print services, whereby we become the production line for your designs. Our core capabilities range from commercial production to complex, high-integrity, military-standard assemblies with complex levels of customer and internally-driven quality assurance and production standards.
